      Great question! For which I had no idea or answer. After a bit of research, problem solved! If you look just under my thumbnail photo on the right side of every post, I have added a "follow by email" option. Enter your address, and you'll received regular updates. Thanks for suggesting this Rach. I am going to let everyone know! So much easier...
